Welcome ...

We’re Lindsay and Sarah, and we go way back.

We met working in corporate HR at an investment bank and instantly clicked. Over the years, our careers took us to different corners of the world - Lindsay to Tokyo and New York, Sarah to Paris.

Our paths crossed again in HR consultancy where we worked in leadership development and found we could make the biggest difference: helping leaders grow, teams excel, and people perform at their best.

We're fascinated by what makes people tick - and even more so, what helps them thrive. Over time we became hooked on the science of human behaviour, grounding our coaching work in neuroscience and behavioural science in projects across both the private and public sectors.  We even co-authored a book on brain-savvy leadership!

In 2020, we discovered Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence work and it transformed our approach to personal development. We didn’t just learn it - we live it - and see the impact firsthand.

For us, brain wellness is just as vital as physical fitness. That’s why we’re passionate about helping people develop the mindset and habits that support well-being, resilience and success. We stay curious - always exploring the latest insights in brain science – and we're both certified in applied neuroscience and brain health through the Neuroscience Academy.

We’d love to support you or your team on the path to a stronger, healthier mind.

Hello, I’m Sarah

Life is full of challenges - stress, pressure, uncertainty - but I’ve seen that when you build strong, mental fitness, you can handle them with more clarity, confidence and ease.

For years, I struggled with people-pleasing, self-doubt, and the pressure to always do more. But training my brain - just like my body - changed everything. It taught me to quiet the mental chatter, manage stress more effectively, and respond calmly and clearly.

I’m a total brain health geek. With a family history of dementia and Parkinsons, I’m fascinated by how we can keep our minds strong. So it’s no surprise that helping others build mental fitness became my focus. My approach combines neuroscience-based coaching, corporate experience, and a belief that small daily habits lead to lasting change.

When I’m not coaching or diving into all things brain health, I enjoy cooking, exercising, and walking my dog in the countryside. With my two grown-up kids off on their own adventures, I’m embracing this next chapter with curiosity and purpose - just like I encourage my clients to do.

Hi, I’m Lindsay. Here’s a little about me…

My career has taken me to the bustling landscapes of London, Tokyo, and New York, working in HR at a fast pace. I loved the energy and challenges, but I also struggled—long hours, self-doubt, and the relentless feeling that I wasn’t doing enough. Fear, not joy, was driving me.

Everything changed when I discovered Mental Fitness.  This practice transformed my entire perspective on life.  It taught me to take bold action, worry less, and finally find the balance I’d been chasing.

Now based in London, I’m passionate about brain health—something that became even more personal as I cared for my mum through Alzheimer’s.  It's a journey that's made me appreciate the profound importance of mental well-being.

I’m also a keen sports lover, whether it’s tennis, hiking, or cycling along coastal paths.

I used to chase perfection and worry about what others thought. Not anymore—life’s too short for that!
