Past Challenges

Over the years we have run many challenges.  We have listed the most popular ones here. 

 

You can choose from "Change the Chatter".  This explored how your internal voice either supports your or hinders you.  With practice you can make it work for you!

Alternatively, sign up for "More Calm, Less Stress".  This gave lots of tips and tools to help you tap into your Sage brain to help calm when those feelings of overwhelm or panic set in.
